At Nespresso, as a Global Marketing Automation Specialist (Martech), I specialize in customer intelligence and insights, managing lifecycle programs for the EMEA and APAC regions. Leveraging Adobe Experience Platform, I ensure seamless data availability and develop tailored lifecycle programs. I handle market requests, ensuring execution aligns with their strategies and have visibility into worldwide campaigns. My expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic allows me to establish best practices adopted globally, maintaining a stable ACC environment. Additionally, I drive Martech transitions, create actionable segments for various destinations, and lead teams in launching campaigns and implementing new tools like AJO.

Previously, as an Internet Marketing Specialist at McAfee, I specialized in email marketing, collaborating with the retention marketing business team to develop innovative solutions and campaign strategies. My role involved requirement analysis, scoping within agile sprints, and end-to-end campaign creation on Adobe Campaign Standard. I monitored campaign performance through weekly reports and authored email templates using AEM and ACS.

At Allergan (Adobe Campaign Developer),I led all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to maintenance, including developing data schemas and workflows, handling real-time data, and providing production support for new brands.

At Epsilon 2.0 (AEM Developer), I developed components and templates using AEM 6.2, set up author and publish instances, and integrated Adobe Campaign with AEM while maintaining a robust development environment.
